CedarView Assisted Living is the newest and finest assisted living residence in Hays and is locally owned by citizens of Hays and nearby communities.

One Time Payment: A one-time payment of $500 is required prior to occupancy. If you decide not to move in, this payment is refunded in full. When an apartment is available, you will begin paying rent and the deposit is applied toward your share of the expenses for furnishings and upkeep in the common areas once the apartment is occupied. This payment does not apply toward your rent or service fee.
Level of Care: The Director or licensed professional will complete an assessment with the prospective tenant and/or family members to determine the Level of Care. The Level of Care and type of apartment chosen will determine your monthly rent and service fee.
Pets: We love them!! Small pets are welcome to live with you at CedarView Assisted Living. A $500 deposit is required.
Home and Community Based Services: Some residents may qualify for assistance with the fees for the services provided. If you qualify, care services will be paid for, however you will still be responsible for room and board costs.
Guest Meals: We welcome your family and friends to dine with you. Please give us 24 hours notice of guests.
